Return Policy
Returns should be easy and quick! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the steps below.
1. Email us at Brimscompany@gmail.com
2. Describe your dissatisfaction with our products. Be nice if you can. We return items to other stores all the time because we are not satisfied. We want to know why.
3. You will get a response back within 24 hours.
4. The response email will contain a return shipping label.
5. Once you have shipped the item back (We receive the tracking number) you will be issued a refund on your purchase. Shipping charges for original purchase are NOT included in your refund.
6. Wait patiently as your money slides right back into your account.
