How long will it take to get my product once I order? Amazon has set a precedence in delivery time and so do we. We work tirelessly to get your product to your front door as soon as possible. Expect your order to ship within 24 hours or less.
My order showed up and it is not the right product? FYI, this has never happened and we are sorry it happened to you. Contact us immediately and we will expedite the correct product to you.
Do you offer military discount? YES, absolutely. All military, peace, and service members are eligible for 10% off their entire purchase.
Can I return my items? OF COURSE. Head over to our return policy located at the bottom left of the page to start the process.
Do you offer wholesale? We are working hard on this, and the answer is yes on some items. Email us at Brimscompany@gmail.com with your store name, purpose, and items you are seeking. You will be required to provide an EIN number and photos of your location.
Can you do custom items? We will consider all options while growing. If you see something you like and would like to co-brand, such as our patent pending Shoebill, then send us an email. ;-)
